Ray was selling the land for his brother Who was out of the state. Ghayoumi agreed to sell me the property. I gave him $1,000. When the closing date was set, Ghayoumi said I was to pay his closing costs. This was a deal breaker. I signed a termination contract. Ghayoumi refused to give me back my $1,000.
