Prior to her, we worked with 2 others who did not suit our needs. Janie reconciles our accounts at the end of each month. I also asked Janie to start running payroll for us on ADP. Janie is great at collaborating with my employees. They often email her with questions, or ask her to amend or delete an invoice. She also sends us the necessary financial statements at the end of each month, and the 1099 amounts for our contractors to our tax accountant during tax season. She is very responsive to our requests and concerns. She usually responds within a few hours. Janie has a pleasant personality, she is very responsive, she is patient with my employees when they make mistakes entering client payments into Xero (sometimes they will enter payments into the wrong account and she re-enters them for us, which isn't within her scope of duties), and she always tries to help with any requests that we may have. The documentation is available via the portal to access anytime and also makes it easier to securely upload files. Each year however, the charge for filling taxes with them has increased. Started with $140 for 2022, $200 for 2023 and $260 for 2024 even when all my accounts remained same but I think it's still valuable service, unless there's another hike next year. Overall, it's great value for money because Noel takes time to review the return before filling with IRS, either in person or over a call. I always go to his office and spend some time in understanding the return and all the things that he files on my behalf. Very honest, flexible and trustworthy person.
