The staff is friendly and the day rates are very reasonable at five or six dollars per day depending on what they have going on. Last night I went upstairs and realized they had more weights up there. I figured they had cardio equipment but I was also surprised to see that they had a large classroom that works great for stretching out and warming up as well. The people who attend this gym seem very nice. Super convenient for travelers!

Hardly any of the machines work. Went to this gym being it was 24/7 and has a "sauna". Don't be…read morefooled, the sauna barely warms up, if you can get it/the staff to help you work it out or even get it on. Was recommended to try other equipment, only for it to not work just as much. Make sure all the equipment you'd like to use actually works before signing on!
