While they were here, they pruned several trees that badly needed it and even removed another tree leaning over my house at no extra charge, just to be helpful. Not only was the entire team highly skilled, but the equipment enabled them to lift whole trees over buildings and place them on the ground inches away from vehicles without a single scratch on anything. Watching tree work used to cause a lot of anxiety but not with this company. It is a lot of money to remove a lot of big trees, but when matched against the amount of work, the skill and peace of mind, it ends up a very good deal. It's my understanding they do land development and if I go down that road, I'll call them for this as well. I have a feeling they can do anything.

When the guys returned to pick up the huge brush pile, their removeal of fence and their replacement of it was pathetic. I have dogs (they knew this). The chain link fence post holding the two panels 1) wasn't even hammered back into ground 2) there is now at least a 2-3 inch gap at the bottom that can easily be pushed so is of NO USE. The top of the chain link was attatched (two sections mind you) by two hooks that they haphazard "rigged". Due to health issues (a broken foot) i was unable to CK the fence but thought it would be great given their professionism. I was WRONG. I've sent multiple emails, calls and texts to owner Ed Sheffey and Bo Rowan since the beginning of Nov. with NOT EVEN A WORD in response. Everything I previously stated I retract. Any company (esp one you've done $$$ business with) should respond to ANY inquiry. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & TAKING RESP FOR THEIR WORK. I (who am on a very limited income but was fortunate to have some funds, due to my Father's passing, for household repairs.) NOW will have to spend MORE MONEY to replace / repair my chain link fence that was in excellent condition with no holes, gaps etc.. The large branch had fallen across a large LP tank and hit my truck. Even though the crew was off, they returned to work and and quickly cleared the fallen branch. They returned the next morning and took down the remaining tree. They did an awesome job. I have to admit I was a little worried when a group of young guys showed up. Not to worry though. Did not complete work as promised, left a tree that was supposed to be cut, stump 8-10 inches on the very small tree that was cut. The brush, that he was paid to remove, wad hidden in yard behind an outbuilding, instead of in the woods as Mr. Edwards had agreed to. When contacted, he was extremely rude and refused to finish the job although already paid. This was the worst experience I've ever ran across with any local business. Do NOT allow this company anywhere near your property unless you plan to stand over them to make sure job is completed as agreed.
