After the overhanging portion was addressed and fell correctly the remaining portion was handled poorly. The tree team proceeded to fall the remaining portion on our property, it was 20 foot tall that was cut at the base. It should have been cut into smaller sections that could have been lowered down avoiding damage to other nearby trees. They failed to use caution in their assessment of how this long tree would fall and in the process split in half and destroyed a healthy tree approximately 6 feet away. We lost the healthy tree due the mishandling. The company made an adjustment to the cost of the project for the loss of the tree.
