Service has been terrific. the pharmacists are kind, the clerk is polite, and they have the medications I need. I'm glad I now have all my prescriptions at Albertson's now. I recommend anyone needing a new pharmacy to try Albertson's.

The pharmacist in charge, Reginald Lewis, called and asked as to WHY a patient needed an "abortion pill". This "abortion pill" was prescribed to a patient by her doctor to manage an UNWANTED miscarriage she was going through. The pharmacist, Mr. Lewis, decided it was in his best judgement to call the patient to clarify this rather than calling the PRESCRIBING DOCTOR. I called to speak with Mr. Lewis, and he informed me that "he was not going to talk to me about this", he did not once ask if I had Medical Power of Attorney or HIPAA Authorization, (WHICH I DO) and "that I needed to do my research," and proceeded to hang up on me. Well, Mr. Lewis - License #39841, I have done my research and reported you to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. According to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, "IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PHARMACIST TO CONTACT THE DOCTOR FOR CLARIFICATION IF THEY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MEDICAL CORRECTNESS OR LEGALITY OF A PRESCRIPTION." So, please, use your best judgement in using this unapologetic and unethical pharmacist.

I now have to download some app and preorder to get the same discount. While they may think this is saving them money by making it more difficult for their customers to acquire rewards, I can tell you they have lost my weekly business as the discount app is too much of a pain and I am irritated. It was great doing business with you, until you got greedy! UPDATE: Within 12 hours, the store manager responded. I do not agree that this was a "misunderstanding", as several drive through employees at the East Longview and Henderson locations have flat out (but apologetically) refused to accept my Iron Horse Rewards cards at the register. But based on her response that they will accept it, I returned to the East Longview store. The clerk started to say they would not...but I interrupted to let her know the manager said they will, and she did. So I got $7 off my purchase (since it has been months since I could redeem discounts). Upgrading from 2-stars back to 5-stars unless they repeat this "misunderstanding".

First, you have false advertising stating " largest humidor in Texas". Cigar International in Conroe and FtW beats your square footing. Granted, it's a large humidor- but it's not properly humidified. Your Perdomo 10th anniversary felt like a dry twig. I picked up other brands and noticed that most felt dry. I've been in enough shops to know the feel of a properly maintained walk-in. I should have not have been surprised bc you are selling over priced dry sticks along with Swisher Sweets and vape supplies! Let's talk about customer service- in an era where most cigar shops are competing with online retailers, your service is what should set you apart. I sat in the under- humidified space for 10 minutes before one of your associates came into the walk-in. Dip in his mouth, he asked if I needed help. I said I had time to kill and was looking to smoke a cigar. He told me I had to pay a day pass to access the lounge! That was the final straw. Your retail prices are at least a dollar more than most brick/ mortar cigar shops. Your inventory is dry and customer service is lacking. I left. While driving in Gilmer I noticed that you have another shop. I decided to try again. That shop smelled of weed and body odor. I left. Next time I visit East Texas, I'll remember to bring my own cigars!

Sure, there were other boutiques open...but those that were in operation could be very pricey at times. This was before the days of Forever 21, of course. I immediately loved this place. For numerous reasons. The selection and stock offered by Trendy Chicks was great. Funky, glam and hip...styles to fit every type of personaity. The clothing is of good quality, and unique. They have everything from dresses, skirts, jeans to accessories like jewelry, purses, sunglasses, etc. You don't have to worry about seeing your dress or top on everyone else when you go out, etc. I also really value the service/care you recieve when shopping at the boutique. The owner is often there, and she is very personable and friendly. I always find something I can't live without when I stop by. If you haven't been yet, you should definitely pop in and see what they have.
