Waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got up to the window the woman pulled down the shade and told me they were closing for lunch since it was 1:30. First, it was not 1:30 yet (my phone showed 1:28), and second you should take care of those waiting before you close for lunch. I pointed out to her that I had been waiting in line for half an hour. She just repeated her statement and left. I pulled around, went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service I just received. There was nobody at the front of the store. Ended up having to go to the photo center. The only person who had good customer service apologized and went to get a manager. She came back with a man who I am not sure was the manager since his tag only had a name. No help on his part either, as he just said they go to lunch at 1:30 and they had no control over the pharmacy. I asked how he would feel if he waited in line for half an hour and had that happen. He responded he would probably be mad too. I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with. He gave me the 1800 Walgreens number. I called the number and was placed on hold by the automated system. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak with someone it disconnected my call. Been a customer at this location since it opened. This is not the first time I have received this low level of customer service at this location, but this will be the last time as I will take my business elsewhere. Doubt Walgreens even cares since this is the level of customer service they seem to be OK with. Just terrible at every level.

I put in for refills days before I am out and they will still have me go days without medication before having it ready. Inexcusable for an organ transplant recipient patient! Even though it's location is nowhere near convenient for us. We might be done here. The reactions we received in the pharmacy department tonight were very disappointing. I had ordered a prescription and had evidence of it on the app on my phone. The attendant looked at me several times as though I were from a different planet. She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

I have to get a lot of prescriptions for my husband and myself for a lot of different reasons and eight times out of 10 we have had nothing but trouble we call make sure it's there. They say that the prescription is ready and we get there and it's not ready. It's not even close to being ready sometimes it's the next day before it's ready. It's not worth coming to this store. I promise you just trust me. You will have problems if you use the store a lot like we do. They say they're open 24 hours a day and they are closed for 30 minutes out of each 12 hours 1:30 to 2 which is fine. Everybody has to have a break but they're understaffed. They have way too many prescriptions coming in and they never have the medicine here that they need. It's just a nightmare. I go to Kinseys Pharmacy been going there for 20 years never ever had even one problem. And they actually notify you at Kinseys and Family First in Flint. We have never had any issues with them, but I'm gonna tell you what Walgreens I can't wait until December I will be changing. Rest assured, I will be reading the reviews on the next Pharmacy before I choose for 2027. Other thing every time I've been here there's been at least one other person in line that goes through what I'm going through and if you talk to people that are in line and ask them if they've had a easy time here 7 times out of 10 you're gonna get (No the same stuff they don't notify you when it's ready and if you called to find out if it's ready, they'll tell you it's ready, but it's not ready). The lines are long inside and outside doesn't matter. They even tried to tell me it was too soon to fill a prescription, a doctor called in just that morning. And if they were actually able to fill the prescription, then they were not capable of processing the insurance properly. I called Eagle Pharmacy in Lindale, and they pulled the prescriptions, processed the insurance, and I had everything I needed in 24 hours. Customer service here is not just awful, it's non-existent. Even after speaking with them and them assuring me the right prescriptions would be filled, days later, they still had not done it. I mean, who needs blood thinners? That's not important. I would never recommend CVS.
