Upon pulling in the parking lot I saw that the practice is in a newer strip mall and looks great walking in. The front is modern looking with a country twist or style to it. It's honesty kind of relaxing which I'm sure is the point right!! There are several small rooms inside to be seen by a chiropractor or massage therapist. Fairly boilerplate but I enjoyed the size of the room as it was small but ample size. This made it easy for me to relax. The massage therapist (I'm terrible with names) did a fantastic job and was very thorough and 100% professional. The conversation was light and enjoyable. I've always felt I got the best adjustments from Dr Matt but did get adjusts by the other doctors when he was out or it was more convenient to go to the closer clinic to my home. They appear to have invested heavily to train and support the new chiropractors before they placed them in the expanded facilities. The other doc is outwardly angry, aggressive and verbally hostile towards patients. I refused to have their anger assault and batter me nor have their angry hands touching me. It was very easy to schedule my initial appointment, I simply called and there was a lot of availability to choose from. I had only been to one chiropractor before so I was curious to see how different it would be. My experience was amazing. The place itself was easy to find and the office was very quiet. I was shocked at how patient the doctor was. He took his time to do an assessment and get to know my needs. He thoroughly explained a lot of complicated things about how our body works in simple terms. After that intake conversation, he took me into another room that has an adjustment bed. I like how you don't have to immediately lay on it, the bed comes up so you can just stand at first (this is hard to explain but it feels cool!). He also has a massage bed in that room that he used in our other appointments before the adjustment. It is super relaxing! I appreciated the attention to detail and not feeling rushed through my appointment. I shared my struggle with plantar fasciitis because of my running and he even adjusted my feet! I didn't even know that was possible. Even after the first appointment, I could feel the difference in my step and pain level. I immediately felt so much better! He also suggested in-soles for my feet. I use them everyday now and they make such a huge difference. The soles he has are different from the ones you can find at stores or online. They are not made of gel so they are way more sturdy and long-lasting. Overall, amazing service! I highly recommend and my friend's experience also mirrored mine, so it is doubly reccommended.
