And the roof decks are closed while the building facades are being repaired, so disregarding that now as well.)

The owner responded to my younger son that "this place is not for you." Instead she could have answered it in a more friendly such as " maybe when you are a little older you can join us". This is a children friendly learning environment and should be treated with thoughtful answer. After finishing our less than 5 min school tour I have asked the owner if I can see how an actual class is like particularly for my sons group of class in September. She responded and questioned me that why I was there today as if I was wasting her time. She also said the person who arranged the tour must have already explained to me the junior class won't be starting until September and questioned me in a rude tone of voice and attitude made me feel that I was completely wasting her time. Even if I have missed out the information prior the tour but they should still treat their customer with patience and respect. I truly felt it was unprofessional and extremely disappointed with this touring experience as I had a high expectation that this ninja code location at Westfield should be exceptional with customer service and was expecting a children friendly environment but it was complete the opposite. Despite how great the quality of the coding that my children will be learning from this facility. I would not want my children to be in this unfriendly environment and won't recommend any parents here.
