I did a ton of research when l started looking for a personal trainer and interviewed several trainers in person. While they were all great in their own right, Lenora stood out among the rest. She has a solid education backing her training up and truly approaches it in a holistic way, which was exactly what I was looking for. So far she has helped me greatly! We are working through some postural issues I have and she is really great during every session making sure we are doing the right exercises to help strengthen and balance my body and changing something if it isn't working. Never have had a Ionic Foot detox but wow was it cool, they have a paper explaining what the foot bath does and an explanation of what the color bath water turns to means. (water starts out clear) From the picture I posted, I clearly have joint problems. I had a service with True North Find Yours where I received Mind, Body, Energy healing with Reiki. Lizzie knew exactly what areas I was having problems with without me saying a word. AMAZING! And spends time after your treatment explaining what she felt in your body and what it means. My daughter made a Mala bracelet with healing power stones of her choosing. They also have some unique teas and other natural drinks. Very warm and peaceful place to spend some time. Will defiantly be back and anxious to try other treatments they offer.
