At first glance the facility seemed fine a bit unorganized but nothing to alert me. My first "red flag" i noticed was when i went to pick up my one hear old and her teacher said she was in a different class, went ti the different class, not there either, said she was in another class, not there either. I had to verbally ask them to help me find my kid. We found her in a room with ALL THE LIGHTS TURNED OFF, door shut with another teacher i had never met! And no one knew she was with!! I should have pulled her out then. A month or two after that i pick her up and she is in a different outfit and i was told a kid scratched her. I look to see a gash on her face. I get home and at the very BOTTOM of her diaper bag in a plastic bag is her shirt with blood smeared on it. The VERY NEXT DAY. Same kid hurt her again (so i was told) . Scratches all over her face and a BUSTED LIP i got 3 different stories with this incident. Story 1: he grabbed her by the ponytail and pulled her down (doesnt explain the numerous scratches all over her face). Story 2. They were standing in line and he hurt her (she couldnt walk yet, so that made no sense). Story 3. He pulled her off the play house they had in the room. Again doesnt explain the numerous scratches on her face. The amount if damage this apparent other ONE year old caused either had to of been attacking her for a long while (neglect off staff) or that simply didnt happen. They refused to let me see the camera footage at all. And after asking around this is NOT an isolated incident.

If I have a problem or question it's addressed immediately, the problem never comes back. They replaced the floors, painted some color inside, brand new state of the art cameras, and last but not least brand new play ground for the kiddos. I wouldn't have my kid go anywhere else. I did go after 5pm to be able to take a tour of the place. They offer afterschool child care services until 6pm. They do charge for late pickup fee and a one time enrollment fee and supply fee (if the parents don't buy the supplies). There is also a matt fee for the little ones that take naps. Ypu need to provide diapers and wipes for a smaller child. A carseat is also requested for the ones that need to be picked up from school that still require carseats. My child is turning 2 at the end of the year and when asked about potty training, they said they don't force it on the child, only when he or she is ready to go on their own. My little one immediately familiarized herself with her surroundings. Her first week attending was great! So much so that she didn't want to come home. She has a blast every time she goes. She has had a few incidents like running into things or falling but they do treat her accordingly. They do have an incident report filled out and the parent has to sign it. She is a toddler, so falling and such are normal for her. She doesn't pay attention where she goes at times and that happens. But all in all, I can say I feel at ease leaving my child in this daycare while I am at work. The cost is pretty standard and regulations also for a daycare here in San Angelo. The only thing i don't like is the parking lot. Because of the construction that's going on in the area, it can be a hassle to get to the daycare. Oh and pick up and drop off is always done right outside the daycare and sign in as well due to covid. When it rains they do put out a tent out.

For example, the video player: - lacks a full-screen mode - lacks subtitles - can't be rewinded if you miss something - doesn't tell you how much time is remaining I understand they don't want folks fast-forwarding all the way thru, but several times I wanted to go back just a few seconds to re-read some on-screen text (remember, the video is teeny tiny especially for those of us with weaker eyes) or repeat what they just said so I could take notes, and my only option was to refresh the entire page and start the video all over again. On a 2 or 3min video clip this wasn't a big deal, but some clips are 20+ mins long and having to start all over was especially frustrating. With the video player coming up the size of a postage stamp, a full-screen button and/or a subtitle option would really make it easier on students! The text-based content has a few minor spelling/grammar mistakes or missing words. The screen also doesn't tell you how many pages are left in a chapter. Again, this makes it difficult for the student to pace themselves or plan ahead (i.e. "I can finish this chapter on my lunch break"). As for the contents of the videos, again they are really old-fashioned. One video has a copyright from 1994. The videos don't acknowledge any modern vehicle safety systems (such as blind-spot detection, automatic braking, automatic headlights, or any kind of driver-assistance system that has been on vehicles for the past 10+ years now). There's also an awkward clip of the two men's velvety wing-backed chairs pressed firmly together, with their (the men's) legs almost touching. Why are these men sitting so close together?

I will say it is very unprofessional to have an appointment set a week out, show up 10mins before your appointment and be told "That person isn't going to be here for two weeks..." "I can't schedule you until I know who's going to be here". As an establishment (students or not) you give no notice to customers? Hmmm.. very bold of you. Quality/Quantity: I have been here before and there's a great menu of services. Anything you may request they can do for you. The instructors made the experience fun and exciting to come to school everyday. They were encouraging when things got hard. And they were very knowledgeable about not only the services we learned to do, but also the products in the industry and up to date with latest trends. The facility itself is also a great site. It is big and spacious and has all the latest equipment. I appreciate my education experience and will take it with me into my future, that I know will be a success!!
