From the day we started I have never felt more confident in our child's safety, education, and well-being. From the moment you walk into the door every staff member greets us and knows my daughter's name and what to say if she is having a rough morning. Ms. Mayte and Ms. Alexis are always at the front desk with a smile and are always able to answer any questions or concerns. The director, Ms. Ariel is one of the first people to reach out if my daughter needs anything throughout the day as well as to help my daughter with anything she needs. She is also very open with communication which i find to be a huge comfort. Her teachers have been incredible from the infant class with Ms. Gigi, loving her as well as supporting and helping me through the early stages and milestones of her first months. Her favorite teacher; Ms. Chantel who has become her support person (as well as mine) has been there for her from learning to roll, taking her first steps, learning to speak, and so much more. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is feeling loved and safe throughout her day. As an educator myself, I am impressed with the curriculum and all of her teachers as she has progressed through the program. They have not only supported her, but have guided her through her milestones as well as educated her. Ms. Frida, Ms. Jacky, Ms. Maylee, Ms. Anna, Ms. Z, Ms. Zeba, Ms. Aimee, Ms. Isabella, Ms. Noelle, and countless others are incredible educators. For you to write a comment a day ago should be illegal. You should be ashamed of yourself and also the OWNERS for allowing you to do what you did. I do want to be complete honest, Nicole is the rudest director ever. This facility is a dump and they fake the funk all the way with the parents. The staff was incredibly supportive, welcoming, and always willing to help one another. It created such a positive work environment and made coming to work enjoyable every day. The children were just as amazing they were full of energy, curiosity, and love, and they made every day rewarding. I'm very grateful for the experience and everything I learned while working here. So we scrambled and found this place not too far from our home in Kinnelon. We were pretty happy at Twinkling Stars but as it turns out Bright Beginnings has a way nicer facility and we were able to get a third day for the same price as 2 days at the other place. Staff is terrific. Administrators are flexible and easy to work with and teachers are so amazing with the kids. You really can't go wrong with Bright Beginnings. So glad we found them!

The food selections wouldn't be my first choice if I were providing it myself (they do kid friendly stuff- chicken and fish nuggets, pizza, pasta) but not having to worry about it is worth it. Even if you're not able to stop in during the day they send updates via app including food and naps, pictures, and the all important diaper changes. The best part of this center is the loving employees, some of who have been here for 30+ years. Turnover in daycares is common but I think being hospital employees with good benefits helps the staff to stay. They're starting a hospital employee discount which makes it a no brainer. Every single employee treats you and your child like family. They quickly become your village, rooting for your child every day. They are patient, welcoming, and comforting - a safety net if you will. You can tell this is so much more than a mere job to them. Their love and care for children radiates in everything they do. My son goes to the daycare happily in the morning. He has learned so much already, and the activities they provide are always age appropriate tailored to engage kids and develop their skills.
