I have been going to Ginitech for many years as I would not trust my computer to anyone else. A couple of years ago I had them make a customized computer which is very fast. For several years I was going from pillar to post trying to find a top notch computer tech who was knowledgeable and dependable. I never thought that I would find someone who was customer conscious, dependable, honest and caring. The ride to East Boston from Wakefield can be a bit much but it is well worth the ride. On occasion when it was possible Abdul would work on my computer on the spot to save me a return trip to East Boston but when he could not accommodate me I knew that I would have a 48 hour turn around for the most part. Whenever I went to pick up my "baby" Abdul would connect it and have me check it out to make sure that it was AOK.. If I had any questions he would do his best to answer them. As a senior citizen of, i believe, average intelligence, I resent being spoken to as an idiot when dealing with IT folks. (could also be said of many people in the service industry). A young friend recommended GINITechs, and I am so happy I called and set up an appointment. Abdul is a gentleman who knows his business. He was very helpful in several areas: getting us a new computer, setting it up as well as synching it with my iPhone. He also set up a new printer. These guys are the best! You have to see Abdul! He was so nice and so professional. I would recommend these guys to everyone who asks. I have a 10 year old laptop that I use for work. It just crashed on me. Abdul plugged it in and trouble shot the computer for an hour... for no cost! We is was evident that the computer was not going to boot up, he said that he would back up the computer and get it working. When I told him that money was an issue, he was able to work with me with pricing and they have a "computer graveyard" of parts to help further with cost! I have used GiniTechs on multiple occasions for various types of problems from data recovery to laptop screen repair. Abdul and his team always explain what the issues are/may be and are honest about what it may take to complete the project. They communicate at every step of the process and don't do any work without your approval. They're also great over the phone. I've called with problems and they've been willing and able to tell me whether it's something they can address or not. My laptop crashed and I checked a few local places. This one had all good reviews so I gave it a try. The prices were reasonable and Abdul was extremely helpful. He contacted me promptly with updates and the re-installation of my operating system was done within a day. After I brought the laptop home there was still an issue with the headphone jack which I forgot to mention when I first arrived. I brought the laptop back for Abdul to check (free of charge) and it was a Windows 10 update issue affecting the headphones which he fixed (at no charge). I just had my computer restored by Abdul to my great delight. Something happened and my computer somehow went back to factory settings and I thought I had lost everything that was necessary for me to function. Abdul fixed it and I am overjoyed.
