A trusted, skilled, professional, and courteous location for computer and phone repair. Our family have been patrons of this repair shop for several years now. We found them through Yelp, and they were the first to respond to messages. We selected them not just due to promptness, but also for there ability to explain issues. My wife and son have had iPhone batteries replaced for less than our Asurian / Verizon copay. The batteries lasted longer, and the customer experiences were better. We have also had 5 services of Apple laptops. The owner is always good in the estimate and offered details on original versus generic parts. They stand by there work, and when one replaced part failed, the part and service was free. They also repaired an Apple laptop with water damage for us. If the device is not worth fixing, they will tell you. We have also used the mobile service. The staff member was polite and the work was up to their usual standards. I had a tech named Plato that was able to squeeze me in on a Sunday evening which was great since they were pretty flexible. The main draw is the fact that they can come to your location to perform repairs which was very convenient for me. I needed a faulty Nexus 6p battery replaced and had a battery I bought off of ebay to try and lower the overall cost of the service ($20 cheaper). When I met with Plato he was honest and told me that the battery I bought (which I paid $10 for) was no good and that it would only be a matter of months before the battery started to fail on me. He pointed out and explained the reasoning behind the failure and was professional about it. I appreciated the honesty and he said he would order the correct battery and reschedule our appointment. Less than a week later we met up and I could see the differences in the battery he had and the one I had bought. He had the whole process done in less than 20 minutes which was awesome! He mentioned a 1 year warranty in case the battery was faulty which shows that they stand by their work. Overall I was impressed with their professionalism, convenience and honesty (especially for an older generation phone). I would highly recommend them! read more

Terrible service and expensive. The screen broke (unsealed) on the second day. They did not seal it properly. If I would have known, I would have paid the extra $50 to get a refurb from apple. I asked for some sort of refund and they basically told me to bad. $255 down the drain.... what ever :-( I went to apple and got a beautiful refurb for $305 in 3 days. read more

My toddler cracked his iPad screen and almost cut himself. I emailed late on Sunday night, and the next morning Palto texted and said he could be at my house right away. Anyone with kids knows how valuable that ipad is. He was able to fix the screen from his car in about 30 minutes. When we looked at the apple store, they were going to have to send it out, which is a no go. I fix on wheelz charged about $200, which sounds expensive but worth the cost for the convenience. Holy f! I cannot believe that there's a company that would come to my home and fix my phone for such a reasonable prices. I spent the better part of this morning chatting with Fix-It places all over Boston and they all wanted over $100 to fix my phone. They would replace the screen or give me a temporary screen Etc but it was all at least $150 and it was going to take a week for them to order the parts in before they could even start the repair. I used Yelp to send messages to a bunch of stores at the same time and IfixonWheelz replied to me within an hour with a lesser amount quote and they would come to me same day! They were very polite on the phone unlike others who were rude and super unprofessional. They showed up at the house and replace my laptop screen and the timing was incredible. About 15 minutes or less to be honest. It was so fast I couldn't believe it. He gave me other options to get my computer to be faster since it's slow. However it was great service, and fast. I dropped my phone on a Friday evening, destroying the screen. I tried calling several phone repair shops, none of which were open. Then I found iFixOnWheelz. I called their shop and they said they were closed but could send someone out to repair my phone with their mobile repair kit. These people are great! My Pixel phone battery was dying, but then suddenly the phone wouldn't run at all, even plugged in, so took it to iFixOnWheelz. Because it was an older phone they had to order the battery, so in the meantime they gave me a free loaner. When the battery came in and they took a closer look at the phone they decided it was probably a logic board problem and that the phone was not repairable. When I went in to return the loaner and pick up my broken phone the very nice young woman (I don't recall her name) said they would refund the charge on my card! I said no, you should charge me -- you ordered the battery, you diagnosed the problem and you gave me a loaner. But she insisted on giving me a full refund. Obviously they have a lot of satisfied customers, but what higher recommendation can you give a business than they insisted on refunding a customer's money? I feel so fortunate to have found them by just Googling for cell phone repair companies when my phone powered out yesterday & then wouldn't charge. I checked them out by looking at all these great reviews here; then contacted them last night after 11:30. I was stunned to get a reply in less than 10 minutes. I was pretty sure I needed a battery replacement for a really old phone, so they asked for my model number. I replied with the info and got a reply back first thing this am to set up an appointment for today. They had told me they had the battery & quoted the price which I thought was a mistake, because they were only charging me for the new battery. They don't charge for service or by the hour and they arrive at your door, but stay outside masked & diistanced to do the work. Plato who was my technician told me since the pandemic, they've been doing this. There is no other place I know of who offers this type of service, comes to you & safely does all the repair outside in his van. Plato was professional, polite, pleasant & completed the work in under a half hour. He answered any & all questions I had including discussing whether or not an old model phone was a much higher security risk. I highly recommend them & would call back again without hesitation if I have any other problems in the future with this old phone or a newer ore if I I buy it. This seemed too good to be true, but it was the most stress free experience I've ever had in this kind of situation in the past. One more thing. What a relief to not have to go to the Apple Store & go through what I have before going from waiting in one space to the same in another taking a whole afternoon or more if you're even lucky enough to get an appointment on that day. read more
