Here are my updates on my business as of 03/12/2024 Notary Public, Signing Agent, and Jurant, Legal Witness, Fingerprinting, I-9 for Employment, shut-in's and those that cannot drive. Other than shut-ins (locally) my Notaries are performed in the local Bank OZK @ Sugar Creek 72714 and Bank OZK 72715. Those would be the Bank OZK clients that do not have bank accounts or other Notary services the banks no longer service. Bella Vista, Pea Ridge, Roger's. ARVEST and Bank OZK. All Legal documents, Closings, transfers, Affidavits, Acknowledge, etc., and I-9s for employment. checks, and cash only. Update on Ginny's Notary Services. Here are my updates on my business as of 02/12/2024 Documents: $20 +- singles, packages variable pricing. To show the "veteran" the appreciation for serving our country I would like to offer those a "discount" for my services. Traveling fees: $1.97 per/mile. Round trip. Meet the Business Owner: Virginia A.

Native of North West Arkansas I have been a Notary since 2014. Always available to answer questions. in Good Standing with Notary Commission. Carry an Insurance of E & O (Errors and Omissions) Honest and Reliable. I have been performing all Notaries in the conference rooms of OZK bank at Sugar Creek on Hwy 71 and OZK bank conference room on Foothills Blvd Highlands Bella Vista. I have performed Notaries for Arvest Bank in Sugar Creek, Highlands in Bella Vista and Pea Ridge Arvest. I still serve those that are unable to travel from their homes. I started my business in the parking lot in Bella Vista during Co-Vid. It worked out well also. I have served over 1,000 clients and performing all Legal documents that a Notary Public is authorized by the State of Arkansas. I love being a Notary. I commissioned in 04/14/2014. I worked for the State of AR. for 9 months working for the Highway Patrol for Fingerprinting. I have been open full-time now since August of 2023.
