So of course I had to come here when grandma's charging port wasn't working. So this gentleman comes out, greets me, and asks me what he can help me with. I told him and he said he would take a look and see what the problem was. He took the phone into the back for about five minutes. It gave me time to look around the shop and see all the interesting cell phone and accessories they had available. And the prices were not bad either. Which explains why my friend continues to come here. The gentleman returned with grandma's phone and told me that the charging port had some metal pieces in it, and that he removed them and it's charging now. But when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge for cleaning the phone. I've have yet to visit a cell phone repair shop that didn't charge me for something. This is a first for me. Three different times Verizon store associates allowed unauthorized account holder on my account to make changes to the account and /or remove. Not one time was I notified, until I checked My bill.
