Turns out sign was pointed in WRONG LOCATION across street and away from actual location. Not a good 1st impression. Called to find entrance and told sign must have been "turned around". No one paying attention to details? Inside woman I spoke to on phone was short, rude and didn't seem interested in setting up a "free estimate" or "free design". I was told have to take my own measurements, pick samples and give a"basic" idea of what I wanted first. After they would give me a " estimate" of probable Cost. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!

Something has changed at GA. Probably new ownership. I am just coming off a really bad experience with a customer that should have had GA with my back. They (admittedly) had a run of bad products but would not stand behind them. I am happily using another nursery now (successfully) that is pleased to have my business and guarantee their products.
