When I arrived, two employees were talking to each other at the front cash register. I stood there since I didnt know if i was supposed to sign in or pick a color or just wait. I felt ignored and thought to leave. I decided to stay since I had a appointment. I was then greeted a few minutes later and I mentioned i had an appointment and was there for a pedicure. The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

Soooo about my service, Tasha came and got me right away. She was kind and genuine. We chatted during my service. She helped me pick a color and was very affirming. I did the medium pedicure, gel removal and additional gel polish since Cleveland decided I needed rain on my pedicure day. Ugh! My tea was tasty, my feet feel great. They came across quite bossy toward both the staff and us as customers which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
