Dropped it off at 9am and asked when it would be done. Was told shortly after lunch. Walked down 178th street, had breakfast and killed time until around noon. Walked back to the Tint Factory to find that my truck had not even been started. So I spend 3.5 hrs just killing time for the truck work to get done and it didn't even get started. Had other things to get done also, grabbed my keys and left. Will not return there as my time is worth something also. Having used European before, albeit a few years ago, I knew their work was good. Not only did they do a great job replacing the peeling 3M, the new work was also flawless. The car was spectacular when I got it back, and I was very impressed with the results. They are a little out of my way, but I won;t be going anywhere else anymore.

They told me I could have full use of my windows, unfortunately when I put down my passenger side window a few hours later it tore the tint.. Took my older car to them after scraping the quarter panel badly on a yellow barrier at the bank…read more Came out of the shop looking good, nice paint match but they're always busy so it took about 2 weeks longer than quoted. Not even one year later the quarter panel has quite bad bubbling under the paint all along the upper wheel arch where they repaired it. Graham said its rust and its not his fault so no warranty. My car has only ever been driven in 2 winters and had no rust at all before the repair. Everyone I've shown it to thinks they should have fixed it and I feel the same. To all of us it was a failed repair. Sorry to say it ended up being a bad experience for me and I can no longer recomend going there.
