Seriously didn't realize a rock from the highway would damage the product exposing my paint. I haven't had this issue with 3M products. Clearly cheap product. When I paid for installation of the product I was simply told if I had any problem with it, will be repaired under warranty. Ironic how this company doesn't stand behind their products. I personally cant recommend this place at all and will not be returning, buyer beware. It was also unfortunate, I never had the pleasure of actually talking to the owner during the extent of this conversation, but I sure did talk to Josh, who is unprofessional and rude. Josh, who had poor customer service skill on the phone couldn't be bothered by the extent of me asking questions on warranty, hence the reason after he told me they couldn't do anything, so I hung up. At the end of the line, the person doing the final details was not happy with the vacuuming job, so he sent it back. They redid the vacuuming and also put some dressing on the tires for the inconvenience. The car is amazingly clean, meeting or even exceeding what I would have expected even from a mini-detailing. It was much better than the last interior/exterior I had done at Bubbles. I can't recommend it enough!

The woman came out and then tripled the price to $225. No thanks. To be clear, I am the only driver and rarely have anyone in the car. The back was clean, the passengers side needed a regular vacuum and the drivers side needed a little more on the inside. The exterior was not all that dirty as I go through car washes regularly. There used to be lineups for car cleaning but now, only 1 car was there. Tripling the posted price does not seem to be good for business and I do not expect them to last much longer. read less
