I don't even know where to start. To make a long story short, my groomsmen and I got sized for suits for our wedding. We had to constantly call and check for updates regarding our suits. once the wedding was a month out, I called for another update and they said it was prom season they're slammed and they would get to it. Keep in mind I ordered this suit months ago and they measured me and everything months ago for alterations, way before prom season. I never heard anything again. So I called back again the following week and they said it would be ready to be picked up the following monday. I go to pick it up and they said they need to take my measurements, it's not ready. They could never find the suit I originally tried on and got sized for. They always had an excuse as to why things weren't ready rather than just trying to make it right. They found pants that were 5 sizes too big and then I had to pay for alterations just to be able to have a suit in time for my wedding. Once those alterations were complete, (4 days before my wedding....)I went to pick it up and they didn't even have any of the shirts or shoes in our sizes even though we ordered them months prior. Groomsmen had to take shoes that weren't their size because they never actually ordered the sizes we put in. they didn't have anything ready until 4 days before the wedding and that's why we just had to take the wrong sized shoes just to have something to wear. The suits were nice, but this was the biggest hassle and everything was extremely unorganized to say the least. My $350 suit ending up being almost $500 with those alterations because they couldn't keep track of anything or get anything ready on the timeline they promised. When we tried to talk to them about it, they got extremely defensive and always made up some excuse. I understand things go wrong but this was next level. Every single time we asked for helped or updates no one would give us an honest answer, they would just blame someone else and say it would be ready, but every time we went to pick it up, there was something else missing or wrong With our order. read more

Such a beautiful place with incredibly helpful people. I'm a bride to be that came in with my fiancé for a wedding suit today. I felt like they were more concerned with making him look amazing than they were with upselling needlessly, which is such a breath of fresh air for someone who is planning a wedding, where it feels like everyone is trying to make us buy what we don't want. They're still renovating, and even still the store was so well laid out and they let us play and figure out what we wanted. We ended up with a gorgeous honey brown three piece and a gorgeous shirt and tie combo. I cannot recommend this sweet store highly enough to anyone looking to buy something they'll have forever. We actually made up our minds to give it a try when we complimented a well dressed man walking down Market Street and he told he us worked there and he took SUCH good care of us. Worst customer service ever. Ordered a suit online and had the completely wrong size delivered. Tried calling and emailing for two weeks no response. Then finally I have a voicemail left for me with them claiming they've been trying to contact me. ONE CALL and they claim they've been trying constantly. I finally talk to someone and explain what they sent me and what I wanted/needed. They apologize and assure me they will send out a replacement right away. Incredible experience here. I'm on the road for work and I needed to get a new suit asap. It was a blessing to find this place right around the corner from my hotel (Read house). I walked in around 10am, and walked out less than an hour later with a beautiful suit-- hemmed and ready to wear, with a couple of shirts and ties! Had to make a last minute business trip to Chattanooga for a real estate deal and flying there from LA always requires a connection flight. They switched my plane last min and I was stuck in Chattanooga without my bags. Luckily I found Giorgio's here on yelp and stopped in to get suited up for my business meeting. Not only were they sympathetic with my situation they sized me up and got me in n out quickly for a reasonable price. I was happy to be treated like family after getting the run around at the local malls. The staff felt bad for my circumstance and the lady at the front gave me a free extra pair of socks as I was walking out. Very kind and caring people. Apparently they're big on wedding and tuxedos as well so I highly recommend them for all your suit up needs. They even altered my pants right there on the spot to fit me perfectly! The tailoring was done exquisitely and timely (actually well ahead of schedule!) My son decided to make a last minute switch with his shirt (the day of prom) and they were more than accommodating! Caution if you have a wedding party larger then 5 men don't go here, they are unorganized they are last minute and we all know when a job is rushed they will bleep up your stuff, my husbands pants was still two big, several groomsmen paints was to big and half of them the day of our wedding was still trying to get their suites altered and correct. they wanted slim suites but got regular suites so of course to get the fit they wanted they had to cough up more money for them to cut and cut and cut. they knew what they was doing. They ordered the suites based on the men's coat size and not the pants wtf smh, never again. they will tell you to come at 12 your things will be ready but here it is 2pm and still not ready for a wedding that starts at 3. They are under staff to try and do so many weddings in one week. If you are only getting 1 or 2 by all means you may not have problems and they do have nice things but if you have a large party don't go here. read more

My fiancé and I were very excited about purchasing his suit for our wedding. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes (not good). He was shown 1 suit as his choice, and no measurements were made. After 9 visits to the store they STILL could not get a suit to fit him right. First, he was sold a suit that was too small and they begrudgingly let him exchange it for the same suit a size bigger. Almost every time he went back to pick up his suit, even when they told him what day to come back, it wasn't ready yet. He went to the store a total of 9 times before just giving up on them. The lack of professionalism and rudeness we have experienced makes me absolutely shocked that this place is still around. Maybe it was great at one time, but now it's the crappy fast food of suit shops and you'd be better off going somewhere else. We figured we'd be treated better by a smaller business, but found the exact opposite. His salesman was David, and tailor Pierre, by the way. the only good thing about this place is the pricing, but so not worth all the headachs!!!! from the first fitting to the wedding nothing but a disaster. when we first met with them to give them our groomsmens names, color and style of tux they wrote different colors and style down then we asked them about it they blamed us. (they never changed it again on the contract) we had to pin and make our own suspenders the day of the wedding beause of wrong sizes, one groomsmen didn't even match our tux when he picked it up and they said it was to late to make any changes. we would not recommend giorgio's to anyone. you are better off buying a suit or tux elsewhere that way you can use it again. don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!! read more

I just got married a few weeks back. My groomsmen and I decided to go with Giorgio Men's Warehouse for our suits. Our experience was excellent. The suits were great quality and a great fit at a great price. The customer service was also excellent: the kind where you just know that they are taking care of everything, because these guys are experienced pros who take pride in their work and do it right. We had 5 men and 1 child getting suits, shirts, ties, belts, and shoes; Pierre and the other gentlemen at Giorgio made every step of the process a breeze for all of us. My husband loves going to Giorgios. Oscar is amazing at his job. But, my opinion changed after yesterdays visit. My husband purchased 3 pair of shoes. After we left, I kept thinking of the price . The gentleman at the register (not a computer register , but a manual register ) initially rung the purchase as one but changed to two tickets. I knew something was not right. One ticket had 225.00 with 50% off , which came to 112.50 (agree) but taxes were 21.00. The second ticket had one line item of 98.00 (under lay away payment but there were two pairs of shoes) Upon noticing this , I called the store and inquired about the state taxes. I was informed that the state taxes were about 8%.... Okay, but my purchase is 112.50 +tax. I was told that the register generated the tax (mind you it's not computerized but manual) and taxes were based on the original price. After speaking with other local people , I was informed that Giorgio's often follows inappropriate business practices . Well, I'll be making some calls to BBB and other appropriate tax offices on Monday . Lesson for the day; look at your receipt. read more

Giorgio Men's Warehouse is a place to go if you want to BUY a tux for cheap. That is THE ONLY good thing about this store. You may get it and it not fit right. This place is SO DISORGANIZED and has horrible customer service. We ordered 8 tuxes and only 2 tuxes fit. My husbands was huge, one we had to take back and get another pair of pants. The other's leg pants were hemmed to short, or to large, etc. 4 of our groomsmen had the right shoes, the other half had the wrong shoes. Some came without shoe laces. We went in to pick up 3 of the tuxes and waited for 3 hours. The lady at front desk has NO clue what is going on and neither does anyone else. They WILL ACT like they do though. If you go with this company, you need to watch them write EVERYTHING down and YOU need to keep copies/document EVERYTHING. They kept saying some guys never got fitted, when they did (we went in all together). They didn't write down all the shoe sizes. They lost our paperwork. They said we didn't pay, when we did. I had to show receipts. They tried to charge different prices for everyone when the groom and father of bride(me) got a full tux, and other just got vest sets. They had to refund money to us after charging way to much, and relied on me to say the correct terminology "vest set" to know what we got even though it was written on a sheet that she had "lost" somewhere. (It was in front of her at this point). Get the guys to try EVERYTHING on before leaving store and try to get everything ordered and in in enough time so you can exchange if needed. If needed to exchange bc of their mistake, they will try to charge you. (That didn't fly) if you want a CHEAP place to BUY then by all means, but know what you are doing before hand.
