I explained that wasn't true. That she had 2 small rash spots inside of her thighs but that as all. They wanted me to bring her back in but my dog, was cowering and didn't want to be touched, so I said I'd take photos and text them. After the owner got the texts, she was saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but this isn't a clipper burn, its a "razor" burn. Like that is supposed to make it better. No offer of compensation, just telling me to put something on it and they'd mark not to do what they had done this time on her chart for next time. Like I'd ever subject her to this again!

His haircut was horrible, glands were not cleaned, his nails were not cut, his butt was hairy. My husband complained and they supposedly fixed it. It continued to look awful. I called and she told me what my husband had done and that he was ok when he left. I told her I'm not happy with this $70.00 service. She was ok for me to bring him back and that day was a total disaster. I showed up at around 12:45 and they had moved. I walk around since they moved a few doors down but did not find them. Total frustration. If they saw me walking with my dog on hands, they didn't bother to guide me to their shop. My puppy (Tobie) was scared to go there. He peed and popped in the car and I ended up wasting my time and my money. I will find Tobie a new grooming spot. I am sorry but I do not recommend this place.

And she had an attitude when I walked in the door. She said it would cost $100 or more depending how things. She said she was the only one there. She said Chance got in the tub by himself with NO problem so she said she will go ahead. I said $100 is high. I usually pay $60, which he gets done every other month. When I picked him up I told her normally I give 20% but with her attitude that is not happening and take me off her list. And she lied cuz she had a helper there. Plus she did not even cut the tail. It looks really bad. I guess I have to attempt to cut it myself. Will NEVER go back.
