This time I had to beg, the tall woman was really difficult to deal with. There was a petite, short lady who was very helpful and there is a woman, taller in stature with dark blonde hair who is extremely rude. I really was hoping this would be a positive visit. I'm giving them three stars because of the helpful lady, who was petite. It's unfortunate, they don't take appointments for nail trims. It would've been a lot less stressful for all parties involved.

His groomer did a great job and so great that I did heard he "talked" his way out of his kennel while waiting for dad to pick him up and he got to help supervise other dogs getting groomed. He is our big baby and thankful to have found a groomer who can handle his "talkativeness". We are scheduling for our little one to go there next, and the guinea pig for a nail trim. Highly recommend. Friendly. Good prices. Close by. And we support local when we can!
