We wanted & paid for concrete steps but Doug initially installed steps made out of paver blocks put together with loctite glue. We never agreed to paver steps & asked for them to be removed since that was not in our written agreement. We never agreed to a change so we're unsure why they installed paver steps. In the end the owner Stephen made sure we got the concrete steps that we wanted. And Stephen & his crew were quick with putting up a good looking privacy fence for us. I would not trust Doug with any of my future projects. So if he is still with this company I would go somewhere else!
