I think this is a really good feature, it gives extra peace of mind that you're getting into a real taxi! They've always arrived really quickly, even on new year's eve. Prices are good too. Sometimes they ask you what you normally pay so they can match/beat other quotes.

They are very reliable and always there on time when you book a taxi. They very rarely keep you waiting for longer than 5 minutes except at really busy times like christmas. The staff are nice and polite and friendly and always are ready to help a hand with your shopping bags. A lot of the staff are actually local lads so it is easier for them and you get to know them and become like friends. They are based on busy thornton road near to fairweather green firestation so they are very central to a lot of areas. very reliable.

I've often phoned up asking where my taxi is and they've lied to me, saying they came and went, even though I'd been waiting outside the whole time. Their prices average but I prefer the other taxi firms in the area. Drivers are generally friendly and the cars are usually up to date and comfy. They also display their driver/car numbers clearly which is useful.

The drive turned up slightly early so had to wait for me to finish putting shoe on my toddler. The driver was really helpful and put my buggy in the boots for me while I put the baby seat into the taxi. I found the price really reasonable a mere £7 into the town and the poor driver had had to put up my toddler says 'whats that' for the intire journey. Good value service with helpful friendly staff
