Running a taxi or working as an operator on the other side of phone doesn't mean you start behaving unprofessionally. Unfortunate , you lost one costumer . I would never recommend this taxi to anyone. I suggest the agency should hire operators who are humble and costumer friendly.

This is a popular taxi firm which has been going for years in allerton, bradford - they have…read morechanged their name and location a few times over the years but have always been very popular. They offer your normal everyday service or you can use their airport service. They also do minibuses for large groups or disabled taxis for wheelchair users. While they dont allow dogs they will accept blind dogs if you advise them at the time of booking. Their prices are a bit cheaper than a few others in the area so that is a plus. They are very reliable and the drivers are lovely and friendly. Well worth using.

This driver was rude ,very unprofessional and very aggressive manners ,disgusting attitude ,40years…read moreI have used this firm with no issues like this ,on the journey I asked him to call at a cash machine as I needed cash for myself ,he must of assumed because I had cash on me that I would pay cash ,although every day I do this journey and pay by card and ask for a driver with card payment machine ,I did a stop at the shop and saw a friend and said a quick hello for the driver then to say to me you pay cash ,I said no card like always ,when I am in the shop he said to my partner he buys drugs with cash so I want paying in cash ,to say I buy drugs and swear shout at my partner and tried guilt tripping her by also saying I have kids to feed so want cash ,driver should not work for this firm as he will loose customers with his bad attitude and also if he doesn't like taking cards when the firm clearly states card payments accepted ,rang office and told them ,I won't hold my breath waiting for an apology
