However, their new manager, Jennifer is not. She informed me that she has only been there only three weeks, was on overload, and wasn't there last year when this occurred. Of course, that doesn't mean the debt is absolved. I didn't understand her thinking about that..it makes no sense. Then, I suggested I come in. She said you can come in all you want but no one can help you. What? Then why take my information if no one can help me? I would hope in this same situation, I would be solicitous, understanding and apologetic. All of which Jennifer was not. Put a call into Annie.. still waiting.
