They have a playing station for kids which is really paying attention to the customers needs!! I would go back because of how clean, spacious, and relaxing it it. Last time I came in to go pick up my clothes that were washed and nobody was at the counter. I waited moments and still nobody came. I rang the bell and nothing. I had to grab my clothes myself. I came there today to do a wash and fold and the guy told me I couldn't wash my bath mats anymore when I did it multiple times before they are not nice to customers this place used to be packed before the new owners came and now that they are here every time I walk in it's like a ghost town they will not last with that attitude and horrible customer service. The old staff was so nice. I don't know why they got rid of everyone. They were so helpful and had great customer service. These new people and this new ownership fucking sucks. Run to the laundromat I usually use only to realize I forgot laundry detergent. Run back and they are closed. Arghhhhhhhh. Found this laundromat in Margate a few miles away. Stepped over the homeless person camped out front while hauling sopping wet 50 pound bag of clothes. 8:30 and camped out watching the $5.25 washing machine finally clean my load. Not the cleanest but they will do on a pinch. Fake as hell wrestling on the TV. Last wash 9:30, they close at 11. They have an ice cream machine. Just a typical day in my glamorous life.

What insued was formal chaos. Business was packed with clients at 10am. It appears like parking , everyone starts at closest machines to door and stake their area. The place is lined in center with washers of different sizes and along the south wall are large commercial dryers. Those rolling carts are everywhere and people use as blocking devices. Washing was 3.50 up and drying was 2.00 per cycle. Best to add a couple quarters at that time or you will have to add full amount for dryers specifically. Place is clean overall with limited folding tables and chairs for sitting. No formal sitting area other than 2 chairs at back. Restrooms appeared available. Attendants were available and assisting. Overall more than average rating, but unlike some new bigger facilities where space is appreciated, around so many people and lack of manners and any politeness. We actually had one individual come up and start using our dryer while still with time as we tried to shift another dryers holding to it. No apologies and no basic request. Wasn't worth a battle over his bad habits.
