The customer service is awful. I went to pick up 16 pieces of clothing while dropping off 9 pieces of clothing for cleaning. The employee placed my 17 pieces of clothing on the rack next to the other register. I forgot to take my clothes when I left. When I arrived home I realized that I didn't take my clothes. I called the cleaners and the communication was horrible due to the poor English of the workers and they kept talking over me. I asked them repeatedly to listen to what I was asking which was "O left without my clothes and are they still there. The rude employee hung up on me. I am heading back there to see if my clothes are there and to retrieve the clothes that I just dropped off. I will not pay for rude service from anyone regardless if they speak good English or not. Been frequenting this location for years. They do a pretty good job and usually have the clothes completed a day earlier than anticipated. We usually launder business clothes with creases in pants. The prices are reasonable. If they can't remove a stain or find a problem with the garment they will text you for further instructions. read more

I have been looking for a good dry cleaner in the Coral Springs area that also has alteration abilities and found my home at One Price Eco cleaners. Dry cleaning is reasonably priced and they do a fantastic job. They are always upfront that they cannot guarantee a stain will be removed but 95% of the time it is or almost completely gone. Turn around times are quick, usually ready a day before they estimate. I'm going to join other Yelpers and say: two years ago, One Price Eco Cleaners would have been a five-star recommendation, but the quality of cleaning has dropped, possibly aligning with new management. Shirts have come back with noticeably off pressing, sometimes with mystery creases I've needed to iron out once back home. Dry cleaning dropped off needed sleuthing to find vs. simply handing back a few times (I saw one customer in front of me flip out over this once; I empathize with them more now.) They now take credit cards and ApplePay which is a big perk over their previous cash-only policy. And, I'll still use them, but wish the original love was still there. So 3.4 stars. read more
