Jason then approached us and said there was nothing he could do because "they're regulars, so what can I do?" refusing to move them away from us or cut off the clearly drunk and belligerent man. Instead, he became aggressive when we expressed how upset we were about the situation. Jason later doubled down. I had also read a previous YELP review which made me a little nervous and I discussed that with Josh the owner. He addressed each point the previous dissatisfied customer mentioned and being a small business owner my self, I believed his responses. I am glad we discussed things and the scope of our job. They met or exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the job and finished on budget and even more important, on time. We have had zero issues with the job and the owner has reached out on multiple occasions to see if everything was still performing as promised and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I subsequently referred them to a friend and they came thru with flying colors on their home theater system as well. Tremendous communication, customer service and fair pricing. Their costs came in 2x the estimate, and then they never completed the job. Took all the money and then never returned calls or emails for 6 months where i was then forced to finish the job myself. Wires were mislabeled, connections were never finished, parts were paid for and never installed, wires are buried in walls and never pulled out. And lastly during the building process, they were never reliable in when they would show up and would take constant requesting to get them to the job site. TERRIBLE SITUATION.....and out of the 25 sub contractors involved in our new home, was the ONLY one that we had ANY issue at all with. Their response? to yell and send nasty emails to the customer (me) and blame me for all their issues and non complete work.. UNBELIEVABLY BAD BUSINESS.... AVOID.
