Perfect spot to go if you are craving a variety of flavors and don't want to be limited to just one place. The Little Fleet is a great outdoor spot where you have multiple food truck ranging from pizza and wings, to specialty cuisine. Stop inside for some local brews to pair with your assortment of food and enjoy the atmosphere this unique location provides!

After a sweaty bike ride this was a great place to pull up - outdoors and picnic tables. During the day (noon) on a summer Friday, it gets quite crowded. This made for a symphony of pager beeps going off whenever someone's food was ready, which made for a slightly nerve racking dining experience. Maybe lower the volume of the pagers and add a vibration? Im sure the louder volume comes in handy for the night crowd. Evening with live music when we came later seemed festive, more ideal. We ate at the Daily Grind - healthy fare. The fresh juices were delicious. I got the MI Cherry Salad in a wrap. I HAD to add a little salt. It was quite bland. I never add salt. The bar area was nice, bright. They have Japanese whisky - a plus. Overall nice venue. Great for artists.

This is a fun and casual spot for a quick meal or a few drinks. If can get crowded around 7-8 pm but has a great vibe. Music, bar, multiple food truck options, dog friendly. Our first visit we ordered a pup burger for our dog, and the second visit the Cordwell BBQ was sweet and gave him some pulled pork. We really enjoy going here for a couple hours and have met some great people there.

Fish and chips done really well! Atlantic cod breaded with in a crispy crust that is paired well with the tartar sauce. The French fries are crispy but soft in the inside. Loved it!

Good vibes, tons of food and drink options. Was pretty busy when we went on a Thursday night. I enjoyed the crocodile restaurant

Had to try this place definitely reminds me of down home we have a Detroit fleet in ferndale. Lots of food trucks so you can get anything there from bbq to smoothies. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious drinks were pretty cheap too. My friend got a Jameson with orange and they really out did themselves torched it and had basically smoked the orange into the Jameson. So happy to have tried it. First come first serve on seating and limited spots out of the sun.

Stopped at The Little Fleet and got some food from the food trucks. It was a quick and easy way to have some dinner before walking around. We got a lobster roll from one of the trucks and a pulled pork sandwich from another! It was amazing from both spots and I highly recommend. Such a cute spot to sit down and grab a bite to eat or a cocktail!

    Happy's tacos and burrito!

Wow! Finally found a food truck like that in San Francisco's Spark Social SF! Score! :) It may be a little smaller with about 5 food vendors here at Traverse City, MI, but the food and bar variety looked good. It was hard to decide so I went to two vendors. I like to try odd things, so inside Mexican pop up on the right side in the back corner and found Happys Taco Shop and ordered the LAMB CHEESEBURGER TACO which is local ground lamb griddled w/ chihuahua cheese, iceberg lettuce, secret sauce, garlic pickle, onion and flour tortilla which was on the smaller side and I treat it like an appetizer. But at least I can say I tried it. It was good, but did wish it was bigger. Very light and one taco will not fill you up. The burritos are of normal size that can fill you up which my buddy ate happily. So for my main course I went back to the outside food trucks and ordered from Yanni food truck a local Gyro and Mediterranean food truck vendor and ordered Classic Lamb Gyro$13 Cucumber, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Lakeview Hills Parsley, Feta, Tzatziki. As I was in line at this time, the girl customer in front of me was trying to pick up the lady cashier in trying to exchange phone numbers. LOL I am not sure if it worked. That was interesting. But I wanted my food in this hot sunny day, please move along! Finally waited patiently waited for my order and then took it back to my seat. Yes it was great and went well with my meal so now I was full. Tasty and great gyro truck. I wanted to try the BBQ on the opposite side because the menu and food also looked good. Michigan is really a nice state to travel through, the land of cherries. Very relaxing, no rush like that in a big city like San Francisco or New York. I was with a tour group that went around famous spots in Michigan. Nice overlooked state for fun vacation travels

Such a great little spot downtown! Little Fleet is perfect for a group- you can choose between so many different food trucks and different drink options everyone will be happy! Service is quick and all the food trucks use buzzers so you don't have to hover. I've had a few different food items- all good- but the tacos, specifically the lamb cheeseburger really take the cake. Absolute must stop in Traverse City!

Such a cool spot to grab a bite to eat near the water. So many good options! I got a bowl from the Daily Blend and it was delicious.

Downtown venue with inside and outside seating. Welcomed immediately by friendly staff! Food offerings change monthly. Large tables inside, some high top tables and new low tables with cushion benches. Many draft options and a cocktail menu. Love the vibe and the outside area is open year round! Always a favorite while in Traverse City!

A really fun time with our large (15-deep!) family group including both adults and a few young kiddos. Everyone had their choice of eats due to the 5 or so food truck options and folks also had a wide selection of drink (alcoholic or not) options as well. I am a sucker for 'Que, so of course I went for the Cordwood BBQ truck. I had a two meat platter with sides of potato salad and mac-n-cheese and the plate also came with a grilled slice of Texas toast. Everything was delicious...the pulled pork was good, but the sliced brisket was absolutely heavenly with a great bark and a deep smoke ring. Mmmm, mmmm good! If you are looking for a lively atmosphere and a wide selection of food and drink choices this is the spot for you!

Outdoor bar options! They have delicious boozy & non-boozy slushies!

I can NOT believe it has taken me this long to write a review of The Little Fleet! Every time I come to the Traverse City area, I always make my way to The Little Fleet at some point or another. I have come here so frequently that I simply just assumed I had already written a review of this spot because how could I have not?!?!?! Imagine my surprise (and horror, frankly) when I discovered I hadn't written one yet! Well, I am here to correct this grievous oversight on my part TODAY! In short, The Little Fleet is ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT! There - you really don't have to read any further and can go ahead and direct yourself towards this delightful courtyard of food trucks now! Enjoy your time! If you must know more about this incredible place then read on, I suppose! The Little Fleet occupies this entire corner of Front St (the main street of downtown Traverse City) on one end of the downtown area. It's a really easy place to walk to from basically anywhere in downtown and the perfect stop for a snack or a meal before or after or DURING your time in downtown! Little Fleet is made up of a building where there's indoor seating, a bar, and a food menu (I believe it's tacos) that you can order from, but why would you do any of that when, in addition to this building, there's a whole courtyard of seating and food trucks AND outdoor bar as well!?! The food trucks don't rotate regularly, but there are 5-6 options at least for you at any given time. I think at this point I've tried them all and frankly, I love them all! It just depends on what mood you're in when you come here! BBQ? Burgers? Pizza? Thai? The options are endless! I believe the food trucks leave once the weather gets too cold for outdoor dining, but as soon as the weather gets warm again next year, they'll be back out in full force and I can't wait to see which favorites return and which new trucks show up just WAITING for me to stop by and become a new favorite! This place is the absolute best for whatever you're getting up to in Traverse City and always a good time! It's especially great and easy for larger groups, especially if you've walked around all of downtown looking for somewhere to dine but everywhere is full, has a super long wait, or just can't accommodate a party larger than 6! Love you, Little Fleet! Thanks for always being PERFECT!

We always make sure to stop in for a cold brew when we're visiting Traverse City. Great beers,…read morefriendly staff, cool vibe.

So I want to be cautious here as I know there is new ownership from what I heard. My wife and I…read morecame here spontaneously as we were in town for the weekend. When we ordered, the bartender didn't drink which made it hard to know what certain beers taste like, but honestly, no judgement because he did the right thing and offered tastes of beer which was awesome and helpful! So service wise I would say great! The beer tasted really good as well and was decently priced. They had a bourbon barrel stout which was pretty good and newly released. The biggest issue we had was with the food. I ordered the spam sandwich with chips and my wife ordered the chicken quesadilla. While the food was cheap, the quality of the food also seems that way too based off what we ordered. The spam sandwich was supposed to be teriyaki flavored, and didn't get any of that. There wasn't a lot of thousand island dressing on it too, which made the sandwich dry. The chips that were served were clearly out of a bag as they were cold, which made it seem like I could have just gotten a bag myself. I would have paid a few dollars extra to get something fresh like fries. While spam comes from a can and I know this, my wife's chicken quesadilla had chicken that was clearly from a can - it was sopping wet, and the meat was very chunky, and very salty. This made us worry the rest of the food may not be very fresh. While we did have that experience, I will say the pretzel bites were really good and did seem fresh, and they were sourdough! So that was nice. I think this place has very good beer, and a really cool bar setup with a nice stage, arcade machines, and much more. However, I wouldn't come back here for lunch. Instead, I would make food at home. I would highly recommend more fresher options, and I would pay a little more for better quality food.
