She was good, other than sometimes misplacing paperwork, where my wife had to resend things over. (No big deal, compared to what we are dealing with now). She walked us through the process and with her experience, gave us "timelines" of what to expect and how long things take to process. She unfortunately for us, left the company prior to our construction loan being closed and transferred over to a mortgage. Well another employee took over for her, and I understand having to play catchup and dealing with someone else's work, but it really really feels like this new guy is dragging his feet, in an effort to make more money for the company by delaying as long as possible the transfer of the construction loan (which was payed off a little while back) into a mortgage. I'll update this rating as needed, being we are still waiting to get the loan transferred over - should not take a month, costing us thousands in interest only payments, to simply transfer shit over
