He did two and said that we would have to file an extension for the third return and that he would complete it before the October deadline. Come October, we still had not heard from them so I called. Again he seemed to have forgotten that he had promised to do them, and promised to complete the return in time. After not hearing anything AGAIN at the end of November (and now past the extension deadline) I had to call and leave several messages both at the office and on his cell phone, none of which he returned. Now well into December, I finally contacted him at his office and he promises to finish the return. He presents the attitude that it is not an issue that he has forgotten to fulfill his promise and that missing deadlines for filing taxes is no big deal. This is not the standard of accountability that you should tolerate from professional accountants.
