I had a problem getting my reservation set up. I called a independent travel agent for help. We discovered this is NOT a HIE hotel. A simple phone call to the desk will confirm this. I didnt get so far as entering any personal information and had no worry about that. I was able to reroute our trip to enter GNP from West Glacier instead of traveling north on I-15 and coming into GNP on US Highway 2. Hopefully you will discover that this place is not an HIE as some of their adverts suggest.

We made no reservations nor have we had any contact since July 5th, 2024. A few minutes ago, KwaTaqNuk attempted to charge our credit card twice. Fortunately, the the old card has expired and a new one was issued, so the charges were declined. The phone number on the emails does not answer. The 800 number on the web site is perpetually busy. These people keep you credit card info in their database perpetually, then mess up their computer system to cause reservations and charges that never took place. This place is a joke. Stay away from here!!

We received 10$ promo cash w/ our room that we weren't able to use & as new player members we should've had 20$ promo on our casino cards that never showed up. On the morning of June 6th, we went in hoping for a nice breakfast, only to be blatantly ignored by the server. After making initial eye contact, she disappeared into the back for a while before finally bringing us menus--then walked away without taking a drink order. She later walked right past our table with a coffee pot, made eye contact again, and chose to refill tables that were already taken care of, still without offering us anything. She then proceeded to greet and serve two separate walk-ins who arrived long after we did, getting them coffees and drinks while looking at us again as if she knew us. The level of avoidance felt deliberate and was highly uncomfortable. As out-of-town guests, it was obvious we were not welcome, so we ultimately left without ordering a thing. Exceptional hotel, but the restaurant service needs serious management intervention.

After 12 hours of travel we didn't want to pack everything up again, pull in the slides and re-hook the fifth wheel (I'm sure fellow trailer owners will agree). We asked for a partial refund and was told he would check. We never heard back and had to follow up again in the AM and were told NO. Had we known they wouldn't even do a partial refund after their mistake, we would have moved. So sad to see a company no make right THEIR mistake. They have lost our business the few times a year we come through!
