No one knew who I was suppose to meet, When the lady came out, I said I don't believe I can leave my son, she denied the broken window and made us show here, answered the mold and filth question with a story of her and her daughter living with mold and the health problems they had. Never answered a question she avoided them with indirect crap, like past management or the state requires... neither of these answers were what I asked, she did say they had a basket ball hoop outside that wasn't leveled but no one had gotten hurt. I asked about the sweats and t shirts that were required clothing, and was told there was locked up along with their shoes. When asked if I could have a tour of the place, she got even more defensive and rude and left to get someone that could help me and returned with the director, which stayed in the room for a minute or two never once said a word and left. She some how remembered that oh, yes an adult flipped out in the AM and broke that window, which she had all ready stated she knew nothing about and then assured us it would be fixed that day, I said really, two minutes ago you didn't know it existed and argued with us that there was no broken window and now you are sure it is getting fix, by the end of the day it was 3:30. I wasn't informed of the adult men that were day, it clearly stated youth facility in the application I received. She assured me that there was an alarmed door that separated the boy and men. I responded with you didn't even know or acknowledge the broken window. There clothing and shoes are locked up until they go to the community center, which I never got a direct answer on how long they were allowed out of the facility. Only that the state requires 7 hours a day. There was a run down drug infested looking apartment in the parking lot. And we never received a tour, and the building. I left with my son and would seriously doubt anyone that would leave their child there, it is unsafe the staff are rude and the facility is under any standards that I have,

This woman literally kicked me out of her office for asking very nicely for her to turn off the television... as flashing imagery can cause seizures for me. I asked nicely 5 times and tried to explain why, but she kept cutting me off and saying, "Just don't worry about it." If I could simply not worry about it without making myself sick, I wouldn't have asked. I then said, "Please, can you just turn it off before we begin so I can open my eyes?" And she preceeded to kick me out, saying that "alright it's not the vibe, just go to massage envy,' and 'this is not the dynamic of Sanar massage." Okay? Then why are you making it the vibe?? She literally said, "I'm a healer! I don't play these games!" Girl... if you were a healer, then WHY would you subject someone to something that would make them physically ill when it's simple enough to just turn the massive television taking up the entire room OFF? She wouldn't let me finish a thought. Wouldn't let me explain why I was asking for this simple accommodation. My partner tried to interject and explain that I do infact need this in order to avoid a dangerous neurological response. She wouldn't let him speak either. I begged her to just please just hear me out , and then she threatened to call the cops... I am taken aback. I have no idea how this woman stays in business when she treats her kind, genuine, well-paying clients like absolute garbage. To Serena: I have to protect myself constantly from triggers in the outside world... I came in fully loaded with sunglasses (at night), ear plugs, a brimmed hat to help block out unwanted visual input, and a face covering because I'm immunocompromised. I did everything I could to protect myself and make my needs clear. It's your job to LEARN about your clientele so that you can best treat their underlying conditions causing pain in the body. If you won't listen to this one sentence, how am I expected to effectively explain my other ailments that may determine the treatment I can endure? I hope this message helps you learn the invaluable lesson of being open and loving to those with different needs than your own, and perhaps open your mind up to the idea that not everyone's perception of the world is identical. If you were a true "healer," then you wouldn't let your ego get in the way of providing care to those who need it most.

When I had my trial, I could tell Christy was very knowledgable and provided excellent recommendations given that I was a very lost bride with almost no clue what direction I wanted to go for my makeup. On the day of the wedding, we had a very limited time window with 7 ladies who needed to get ready. Christy and her team not only got us ready with beautiful makeup & hair, but also finished much faster than the timeline we had previously discussed! When we contacted Christy again to finalize the exact time, she had told us that she booked another client. This meant we had to scramble to find another makeup artist for the date we already set with the photographer. Christy claims she didn't confirm the date stating that her first email says "-Booking is confirmed till contract signed." She may want to learn to proof read because I don't think she realizes she wrote the opposite of her claim. She could also have been more professional to check back with us before booking someone else if she really wasn't sure that we would continue our originally schedule date with her.
