Refused a refund, apparently according to them it is blonde, and looks great. I am just not seeing it clearly. $212.00 incl the tax and tip. She and another male argued with me about it. Monday morning is the first availability to get it fixed elsewhere, I have a function this evening, which is why I wanted it highlighted.I can put a bag over my hair, shave my head or stay home, these are my options. Complete incompetence and disregard for the client's wishes, not to mention bad business! She obviously was not listening to me during the consult. This week, I had to cancel because my baby daughter woke up sick and was vomiting. When I called, I was told there was "nothing she could do, it's store policy," and that I would still be charged. It felt like my situation wasn't even considered. The interaction came across as inconsiderate and one-sided, especially given the flexibility I've shown as a regular client. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I view this location, and I won't be returning. Policies are important, but so is basic understanding and customer care.
