Like a lot of pubs in Colwyn Bay you need to bear in mind this place does attract some, shall we say, hardened drinkers. It's located more or less in the centre of the town so it's easy to find. If you're after a good feed, a nice drink and fast and efficient service then this is the place to go.

Fortunately we asked again of the man who brought our second round of food, and he pointed out that they not only have malt vinegar, they keep the bottles on the table (we'd missed it for being tucked behind the drinks list). Food not worth returning for, and waitresses that didn't seem to know the restaurant; there were other menu choices I initially thought I might want to have a chance to try at some point, but in the end I won't be back.
