I went through to a National call centre, a local representative will call you shortly. After waiting until early evening, I called again, 'we will call you back shortly' was the reply. Another hour went by, I called again. A stroppy 'supervisor' answered saying that the local branch was closed on Sunday, this information should have been given on my first call (the website advertises 365 - 24/7 service) I was left with an un-secure vehicle. They had me waiting around all afternoon and evening, and didn't bother to call me once. Do not trust or use as promises are simply not kept! Beware.
