I therefore contacted the proprietor, Tony, who said he would fit in a visit that same day. This he did and he even telephoned when he realised that he had been a little too optimistic with his estimated time of arrival. This alone gets him half way to a good review! He checked over the car and used a diagnostic computer to confirm the fault before arranging to order the part and call back in a couple of days to complete the job. He arrived on time, completed the work within the timescale and cost estimated and the car passed its re-test the same day. Brilliant! I have some other jobs which need doing on our vehicles and so I have already decided to call on Tony over the coming weeks. If you need a good car repairer who comes out to your home and saves you both money and the hassle of having to take your car in to the dealer, why not give him a try!

They diagnosed the problem with the gearbox and gave me two prices based on their experience of the type of car, one was best case the other worse case!!! So the car was dropped off at 8am and by 10.30am the same day they had repaired the car!!! And it was the best case price as well, win win!! The staff were nothing but courteous and professional, the car came back repaired and better than ever, they also said any problems bring it right back. If you have a manual gear box issue and you live south of the river Thames i would strongly recommend you check these guys out.

Do not use this garage as they are a complete rip off!..They charged me £132 to essentially replace…read morea faulty clutch cable and replace a nylon bush under the gear lever, I supplied fresh cable but the following weekend whilst on a classic car run with a group of friends the cable fittings popped off again and on closer examination the same bit of cable had been used so all the garage had done was to unscrew a grub screw and slide the fitting up an inch..I knew it was the same as the pedal end had some masking tape over the end that i put on there a year before..Now after a couple of months the gear lever is all sloppy again which would mean that they did not replace the bush as these are made of nylon and last a minimum of 10 years!..Also when i got my vehicle back the O/S exhaust was blowing??.. I will say it again.."A COMPLETE RIP OFF"
