Amanda does a fantastic job handling everything at White Barn Estates! My roommates and I…read moreoriginally signed a lease with another leasing agent. That agent is no longer working there and Amanda handled our move in for us. She did a great job filling all of the promises from our original leasing consultant and got us moved in early despite the lack of communication that she was not at fault for. The houses are really nice and are a great competitive price for Stillwater! The property is maintained very well and maintenance issues are usually fixed very quickly! The only time we ever had an "issue" with maintenance was during a snow storm when they were unable to make it to the property. When the maintenance guys were unable to look at a leak, Amanda came right over to our house and handled it for us! She definitely goes above and beyond to keep all of her tenants happy and the overall property clean and maintained! Both of the maintenance guys that we have interacted with have been professional, polite, and speedy as well. The office staff is also very friendly and cordial when we call and we always get an email or phone call response within a couple of hours if we miss the office hours!
