Finally got through to their AI receptionist at the national level and finally got a human. She couldn't get an answer at the Springdale location either, so she sent them an 'email'. Never a call, text, or any communication. Their AI text bot sent an automated text at 3pm telling me my scheduled appointment was changed to 12-5pm on FRIDAY. They can go jump in a lake. Called my insurance company and told them to find someone else to do the work.
