Highly recommend. They were 60% less expensive than Safelite, whom I have had replace 2 windshield and BOTH leaked. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. They calibrated my HUD and lane departure (just over $200). Safelight wanted $450 for the same thing, dealer wanted $1500 for calibration. read more

Did a great job replacing our kitchen window. They had to schedule me for about a week out, but once they actually came to replace the window they were pretty quick with the actual installation. The final bill matched the quote they gave me, and the guys were nice. Will use them again. read more

Had an emergency window smash & needed their help to board up. They led us to believe they were on their way, then an hour and a half later we called back & was told suddenly no tech available. Would've been nice to know sooner & would've been the professional & polite thing for them to do -- to be upfront about the situation. read more

Glass Doctor was highly recommended by many different people here in NWA to repair my window that had mold in between the double panes. I still wasn't sure if I should call them because they had no reviews and for such a nice "commercial website," I honestly thought they would be too expensive. I got some pretty high quotes from handy men, but one guy said to just call Glass doctor because they have the right tools and know exactly how to replace it. I ended up calling them for a quote and they were nice enough to come out and then let me know that my window was covered under warranty with the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer, and in a few weeks I had a new window and parts. I called Glass Doctor NWA back up and they scheduled my installation. I had a doctors appointment that was too close to our appointment time, so I called right when they were supposed to get there, and they were nice enough to be able to push forward the appointment by an hour. They were quick and did a great job! Price was very reasonable :) Thank you! They also coincidentally fixed a knick on my husband's windshield 2 weeks ago and it was covered under our auto policy.
