When you get there they have a cute waiting area with drinks, snacks & WiFi. I worked while I was there with no issues. The sales rep shows you all the different types of tint they offer on a wall, and then she walked me through a shop to show me how what level of tint would look like on a car if it already had stock tint on the windows and if the interior had a dark vs lighter interior.
