From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, kind, helpful, and genuinely took the time to listen to what we were trying to accomplish. He answered our questions, checked measurements and details, and made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything. We were also pleasantly surprised by the price because we expected the project to cost much more! There comes a time in life when you meet someone and you just know they're genuine people. Then there's the flip side of that coin, too. Shon is definitely a people person and honestly, he's our kind of people. His energy is infectious, and it's impressive to meet someone who is so genuinely welcoming, supportive, and kind. You just don't find people like that every day. If you need printing, photography, design, or other media services, I definitely recommend checking them out. Great customer service is one thing, but genuine people make all the difference.
