Always showed up on time to our court appearances even though I wasn't the best at keeping in communications with him. Didn't look like things were gonna fall in my favor but Mr. Noerllinger came in extra prepared at my last appearance and turned the case into my favor, giving us the best possible outcome which we were shooting for. He is slow to act and the advantage slips away. He doesn't follow through on what he says he will do or familiarize himself with your evidence. I paid for certain information to be subpoenaed which he never obtained despite repeated requests. He didn't fight for me. He basically drug out my case, took a lot of money and then pushed me to settle the day of court in a way that favored the other party. Being buddies with the opposing attorney takes away his ability to aggressively pursue your desired outcome. Never again.

He convinced me to wave my preliminary and take the first plea agreement that was offered. That was a huge mistake and I didn't know any better and was never informed about what any of this meant because he never once came to talk to me. I was charged for a crime I didn't commit and paid with Three years of my life because he didn't do a damn thing to defend me. He even refused to put in for a bond review after I asked repeatedly. If I would have known I could have had him fired I would have in a heartbeat. As a paid for attorney he will put in effort but if he is court appointed he will do nothing he doesn't care about justice or the people. He is in my opinion corrupt and scandalous and so is the prosecuting attorneys that he makes deals with to get his paid for clients off of charges while he throws his court-appointed clients under the bus for them. There is no way to prove this but it's pretty obvious. I can say without a doubt Carlos Monzon is one of the worst attorney I have ever known in my life and I would not trust him to defend a pile of sh*t.
