Always showed up on time to our court appearances even though I wasn't the best at keeping in communications with him. Didn't look like things were gonna fall in my favor but Mr. Noerllinger came in extra prepared at my last appearance and turned the case into my favor, giving us the best possible outcome which we were shooting for. I am writing this review because of this mans character for being up front and honest with my family and I & because he is really good at what we do. That was a huge mistake and I didn't know any better and was never informed about what any of this meant because he never once came to talk to me. I was charged for a crime I didn't commit and paid with Three years of my life because he didn't do a damn thing to defend me. He even refused to put in for a bond review after I asked repeatedly. If I would have known I could have had him fired I would have in a heartbeat. As a paid for attorney he will put in effort but if he is court appointed he will do nothing he doesn't care about justice or the people. He is in my opinion corrupt and scandalous and so is the prosecuting attorneys that he makes deals with to get his paid for clients off of charges while he throws his court-appointed clients under the bus for them. There is no way to prove this but it's pretty obvious. I can say without a doubt Carlos Monzon is one of the worst attorney I have ever known in my life and I would not trust him to defend a pile of sh*t.

Met with another gentleman who conducted the interview for estate planning and stated that the other lawyer was actually working in court at Grand Island. So we signed the agreement via email, reached out to ask about time frame a few weeks later. Eventually end of last month got a letter referring us to another lawyer as they could not do the fun trust we were interested in. I called and asked if the rest of the eatate planning was proceeding. Receptionist took the information and promised to pass it on. We didn't get a reply. Called today and spoke with the original lawyer. He apologized and said he sent the letter because the email he had wasn't working. No mention of our phone numbers. Then astonishingly said he could proceed with getting the estate planning document one by next week if we wanted. A week!!!! Thanks but no thanks. I should have walked the first day when the lawyer was not there to meet us and had NOT arranged for someone else to take the appointment. Hope everyone else has better luck.
