That being said,Connecticut Glass and Mirror in Stamford,Connecticut hit the mark!They replaced a large picture window in our sunroom that had a broken seal.For many years, it was a cloudy picture window. At best,it did hamper our view of our property and garden. Thanks to Connecticut Glass, now we have a truly "picture perfect" view. The window was removed,the area was prepped and new,clear, sparkly,insulated glass was put into place.The workmen even vacuumed the floor,washed the glass and set all the wicker furniture back in its proper place! Well done!We rate Connecticut Glass an 11 out of 10! Do not hesitate to call them if you are in need of glass projects.You will NOT be sorry!

I questioned what was wrong with it and she responded. "Oh, we called you and discussed it with you that the screen frame came in broken". First, the screen frame was not broken when I dropped it off, and secondly NOBODY ever called me, third she was never going to mention it unless I called it out. Then she tried to say they spoke to someone else then. It was my personal cell phone you clearly never called. I indicated I was not paying nor coming back there and they said fine don't come back. Never did they take ownership for breaking it or apologizing. Bad Business Model.
