I basically am paying 3x more by making the mistake of coming here. Be warned! Go to Aspen dental or some bigger chain - at least they have decency and accountability.

They would tell me that the Maryland Bridge is outdated. Nobody uses that technology anymore, everybody uses implants now . The west coast is ALL about implants. They'll try to tap into your insecurities to persuade you into changing your mind. It's truly surprising how relentless they are. My bridge came out and no one would offer a solution to what I wanted. It was ALL about what they wanted and how they felt about it. It doesn't matter if I go to Beverly Hills, Encino, Venice, the valley, 5 star ratings and reviews, THEY ALL SUCK! Almost $1000 later, a tore up mouth from the new "stay plate" (that didn't stay in my mouth) made by another new dentist, feeling discourage, upset, and mad over every LA dentists pushing implants that would cost me 10k. I got on a plane from LAX and came here to finally get my teeth fixed by professionals!! I can't thank Dr. Michelle Singapori enough for fixing my HUGE problem! I was out of my network for health insurance but they made it really affordable for me. I paid less out of pocket at Dr Singapori office to fix me, then being in network in LA and paying to see new dentists to help me fix my problem. If I was my insurance I would pay them. Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. Online information stated that 95% of HPV cases are males. Later on the practice changed its policy so that men also have to sign. I also objected to being called in for bite wing xays. This was because I had oral surgery and had been told not to use bite wings until the wound healed. When I told Dr.Katz about my concerns regarding all this, he argued with me. The next day I was told to go somewhere else. The practice claims it strives to always do better. But as soon as I complained, I was shown the door.

He took an X-Ray, then did a CT scan, shared his findings with recommendations, and gave me a referral to the oral surgeon/implantologist. How much do they usually charge you for a consultation + X-Ray + CT scan? I know the answer, been there, done that, and your answer is wrong: Dr. Cooper charged me $0,.. Nothing! Can you believe that? I don't want people to print this review and show it to him, "You charged this guy $0, and I want the same price", but I just can't help yelling from the roof of the world's tallest tower, "This Doctor/Dentist must be from another planet where humanity, kindness, compassion, and decency still exists!" And, of course, his staff is always "top notch", and I suspect that the staff usually mimic the doctor, and I learned that in my long life spanning apx. 3 generations. I reached out to my dental insurance and found out they are charging more than the norm and the insurance covers the norm. This is true if you are only interested in working with the rich and fabulous. However, if you wish to work with regular people who have kids in college, mortgages to pay, and other economical needs then paying more for some silly gimmicks is marketing, not BETTER DENTAL CARE. I liked both Drs. I honestly only had negative experiences with the front desk staff. The dental care was not ANY better than I used to received at Family Dental Care in South Chicago.
