This place is my go to spot to get my teeth feeling all so clean! The staff is friendly and the two doctors there are very professional. Dr.Glen and Cindy are super meticulous when they examine inside my mouth and observing my X-rays. Images of the X-rays are displayed on a computer monitor. The dentists actually pinpoints the flaws in my teeth and gives me an explanation of their plan of action. I appreciate the patient education and their knowledge base. They are definitely experts at what they do! The office is spacious and high-tech. They have a couple dental hygienist to do the yearly cleanings, but the doctors come by right after to finish the exam and inspection. I just feel like I'm in good hands. I also love the reminder call the day before my appointment. The receptionist is willing to work with my busy school schedule and there are time slots that go to 6pm. They also open on some Saturday's. Honestly, this is the best dental clinic I've been to by far! :) read more

Dr. Bui and Ashley (Dental Hygienist) are great! Today was my first visit to Glendale Family Dentistry. It's been 3 years since my last dental checkup as the last practice I went to is now out of business...and I procrastinated, lol. Dr. Bui's office is aesthetically pleasing and nicely laid out. Staff even took the time to show me around. When I asked, they also took the time to outline what my out of pocket costs would be given my insurance plan so I'd have no surprises. Ashley was super friendly and thorough. My teeth feel so clean! Dr. Bui took the extra time to address each filling. I could have opted to come back at a later date to get the fillings done, but I opted to take care of it all today. Two hours later, my teeth are ready for me to neglect for the next 3 years (just kidding, see above). I look forward to seeing Glendale Family Dentistry, Dr. Bui, and Ashley in the near future. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bui and his staff!!! From the moment you walk in too the second you leave, you are certainly cared for. I've had multiple visits ranging from cleanings (which were amazing, efficient and gentle) and several cavity fillings (that were also amazing, efficient and gentle). I've been a patient now for a little over two years and today I had my first filling without any numbing!! I didn't know that existed but my cavity was shallow enough and Dr. Bui is so gentle I can see why he offered me to opt out of numbing. I have a history of dental trauma as a young kid and I finally found a dentist that respects me as a patient and also puts my needs first. Not to mention he's seriously the best. I've had dozens of dentists in the past and they were all so harsh and would scrape my gums. I've yet to had a bad experience with Dr. Bui and I'm confident I never will :) not to mention his prices are unbeatable. read more

The front office staff has always been very professional and friendly. There has never been a time where I felt uncomfortable with the customer service provide to me or my family. Everything has always been explained upfront and they have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of my entire family even while scheduling appointments for my family of four. I have been greeted with smiling faces at each and every appointment. My first visit to Glendale family dental was excellent. Dr. Bui and his staff were very hospitable and professional. I had 2 chipped teeth that I wanted to have dental bonding done. It took about 2 hours to get done and after he was done you couldnt even tell it was chipped or worked on. Dr. Bui has a really good attention to detail, he took a look after it was done and noticed the color was off so he had me sit back down and he fixed it. I wish I took a before and after picture to show how well it blended in. I got a great discount from them. I would highly recommend them and would do business with them again. read more

They are all very nice here, from the front staff, the dental assistant and the doctor. They all do a thorough job at what they do! The dentist is very gentle and so are the assistants. Horrible dental office and horrible experience! They will try to milk you dry and continuously call you. Prescribe my husband medicine without being seen and charge me for it. I explain to these people I was dealing with a family matter however continued to run my bill up until I eventually gave in and paid them. They do not care about you as being a patient but care about milking your insurance! The accounts payable person sucks! Will never recommend them as your family density. read more
