Both the dental assistant and Dr Carroll were thoughtful and sensitive to our son who is extremely anxious. They asked him his preferences of laughing gas or anesthesia, and asked him about his concerns. They treated him respectfully...considering his concerns and encouraging him with the way he was handling what could easily be a stressful situation. Our son sailed through the procedure and is recovering well with minimal pain or swelling. This is truly a fantastic office in every way imaginable.

The office staff are very friendly, modern and very clean inside. I was immediately taken back for X-rays, the dental assistant was a sweetheart, she was actually training a new assistant and let me just say this, she was really awesome giving the new guy great pointers and had a lot of patience. Dr Pace came in and I explained what had been going on the last few weeks. I explained to him I'm pretty scared about this whole ordeal and he promised to make me feel comfortable and to take care of me which he did! I never felt a thing and he constantly asked if I was ok. This is a very professional office who seem to genuinely care for their patients. This procedure was done yesterday afternoon about 330... and it's currently about 845am and I have already received a call asking if I'm doing ok, if I had any questions about my follow up, which I really appreciated. At the first visit, he explained what resorption was and why it might be happening. At that point, no action was needed, so he asked me to return months later to make sure it was not getting worse. Unfortunately, it was, and I was having pain. He again explained carefully what was happening and that the pain was due to the proximity of the nerve. He told me that a root canal would be the way to proceed, and that we should be able to save the tooth and eliminate the pain I'd been having. I was not thrilled to hear that I needed a root canal, but felt comfortable with him and scheduled it. Root canals are no one's idea of fun, but Dr. Steinbrunner and his staff did everything possible to explain every step and keep me as comfortable as possible. When I indicated that I could still feel pain, he gave me more local anesthetic and waited for it to take effect before continuing. As promised, the pain was gone after the procedure, and I'm able to chew using that tooth once again. I had a concern about that same tooth weeks after the procedure. I called the office and they got me in that same day. It turns out it had nothing to do with the root canal, but rather a TMJ splint I wear at night. Dr. Steinbrunner helped me sort out what was happening, and I was able to get in touch with my TMJ doctor and all is well. I'm so impressed with his compassion, experience, and professionalism...I can't imagine where those other reviews came from!

This office has ample seating and a small refrigerator filled with water bottles for convenience. I even returned a few days later with a sinus infection, and Dr. Stabley was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. The surgical care itself was excellent. However, my experience with the administrative side of this office has been very disappointing. I overpaid for my surgery and was issued a refund check, which unfortunately expired before I cashed it. That part is on me. After finding the check again in mid-August, I contacted the office to have it reissued. Since then, it has been four months of calling, emailing, and trying to get a simple replacement check. I have been told multiple times that the issue is being taken care of and that I would receive a call back, which never happens. I've sent and received a total of 13 phone calls since August, plus multiple emails. I've also spoken with the practice administrator--who has been kind--but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I've been given conflicting information: that the check was mailed to my home and rerouted by USPS due to an incorrect address (even though the address they read back to me was correct), that the check was then supposedly mailed to the office instead and expected to arrive on 11/19/25, and later that follow-up would be provided--yet no one ever follows through. I even went in person on 12/8 to ask about the status, was promised a next-day update, and still received nothing. I received another update on 12/10 that the check would be sent to their office by the next week. Given that it's now the 21st of December, I don't think I'll be seeing this check by the end of the year as they mentioned. It should not take months to reissue a refund, and it's extremely discouraging to feel constantly overlooked. I genuinely wanted to continue coming here and recommending my clientele because my surgical experience was great, but the ongoing lack of communication and follow-through from the front office has been very disappointing.
