I was told at the time of scheduling that Rowe had a large government project pending, but they may be able to squeeze our project in before it. I agreed to the terms of the contract (a contract that Rowe proposed). The day of the property survey, the crew dispatched made disparaging comments to our neighbors with regard to the project. The contract was not completed/delayed (I assumed due to the government project). I was eventually accused of non-payment (even though the contract was not completed) and immediately made payment in full. To date, the contact remains unfulfilled, while Rowe Professional Services has been paid in full for services un-rendered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Several times they have called and said "we will be out to address the issue and charge ... " I've had to stop them and say... "No, this is not your responsibility.
