Dr Ludwig is very knowledgeable and professional. He put in my implant at least 10 years ago. Never had a problem. I highly recommend him!

Normally I would like to see a dentist for check ups! My teeth are awful. I called from work Friday…read moreand got their service with a text to arrive today at 9am and the Dr would see me. I arrived early ( they were there) screened me, took my temperature and gave sanitizer. My X-ray was taken and now Saturday off can be enjoyed. The co pays we're paid on their website for "no contact" and I am so thankful they are still consistent, care and the office is extremely clean. The blonde lady nurse was nice enough to hold my hand when I received the numbing for my tooth, she was like a " mom" and talked to me - it was calming and the dr reassured me for my treatments. I am grateful by this is the way a dentist visit should be not like a larger place, the parking was ample. Accessible from the 135 expressway and the northern state pkwy.

She addressed all of my concerns about the recommended treatment, answered my questions without making me feel foolish! The office is spotless, modern and very welcoming. Dr. Peritore was so gracious, caring and warm. He has a gentle hand and stopped and questioned me during the procedure to see if I was doing ok. He washed away the years of fear I always had. I had no discomfort after the procedure and actually am looking forward to going back to this incredible office! If I could more than 5 stars I would.

After spending much time on the phone with my insurance company to find the Dentist i needed in my area or close. Dr Brar was the closest , (but not that close). My insurance company assured me I was fully covered for the whole procedure. When i showed up for my appointment they tried to tell me i was only covered for the extraction but not the bone graft or the implant, they wanted me to pay for them out of pocket which is costly. I advised them my insurance company set me up with them and said i am fully covered for all of it. I was uncomfortable with the look Dr Brar gave his assistant, they went ahead to start the extraction. I had a cracked molar that had to be pulled, sadly i suffer bone. loss so my teeth are not that stable already. I had two wisdom teeth that were tight in my gums that came out without a problem, didn't even realize it was pulled. Not this time, he had great difficulty pulling it out, literally felt like he was using a jack hammer breaking up my tooth, when it finally was over he did not put the bone graft in while my gum was open like the other dentist did with my wisdom tooth, instead he said he had to get approval should take about 5 days, 2 weeks go by they said they still didn't receive it. Now i have to spend more time calling my insurance company to see what the hold up is, turned out they did approve it. So i call back to let them know and his secretary tells me well, we're accepting your insurance for the extraction but not the bone graft or implant. Now i have to find another peridontist to finish the job. So shame on him, feel bad for any patient who actually believed them and paid out of pocket . I reported him, hopefully he gets dropped from our plan.. be aware of what your benefits cover, sorry Dr Brar that you couldn't scam this girl for more mone

My recent experience at this dental office was deeply disappointing, unprofessional, and, quite…read morefrankly, concerning. Midway through my procedure, while I was already in the chair and unable to object, I was suddenly told there would be an additional $400 charge because the dentist "found another post." This was particularly frustrating and suspicious because I had already paid $200 for a 3D scan -- a scan that, by its advanced nature, is supposed to show these exact details before the procedure begins. It felt like I was being upcharged for something that should have been detected and disclosed in advance. When I calmly pointed out that this felt like a scam and was ethically questionable, I was met with immediate hostility from the office manager, Linda. Instead of engaging in a professional dialogue, she became defensive, removed the $400 charge, and then had the audacity to tell me, "You should just be thanking us that we took it off," as though I owed them gratitude for not being overcharged for something I never agreed to in the first place. Later, when I attempted to call and speak to her respectfully, she cut me off and snapped, "Don't call me love," in an unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful tone. Her overall behavior was unprofessional and dismissive -- especially considering I was trying to resolve a legitimate concern about transparency and billing. What stood out even more was her attitude when I said I would be writing a review about my experience. She brushed it off and essentially said, "Go right ahead," making it clear she had no interest in accountability or improving patient care. On top of all this, I had the same procedure done a year and a half ago at a different dental office and only paid $300 with insurance. The discrepancy in price, coupled with the surprise charges and aggressive attitude, raises serious red flags about this office's billing practices and ethical standards. To be completely honest, I couldn't help but feel that Linda was especially dismissive because I'm a Black patient who dared to speak up and question what was happening. I didn't come in yelling or disrespectful -- I came in informed and concerned, and I was treated with contempt for it. Patients deserve honest communication, ethical billing, and to be treated with respect -- regardless of their race or background. I will not be returning, and I hope others take note before trusting this office with their care.
